Vacuum drying achieves safe and fast drying at low temperatures, even from deep pores. Components are placed in the vacuum chamber. The pressure is now lowered until the saturated vapour tension is reached. From this point on, the water evaporates and is discharged through the vacuum system.
The vacuum reaches every part of the component, so all moisture is evaporated completely. The result is complete drying within a very short period of time.
