Precision cleaning with rotation is a technology, whereby components are placed in a basket or fixture and rotated within the wash chamber. Some of the machines within this range include a patented technology, where the basket and spray systems rotate in the opposite or same direction, whilst simultaneously spray-flooding or spray-cleaning the wash chamber.
How does precision cleaning with rotation work?
The movement of the basket and spray jets are individually programmable, allowing each washing cycle to clean even the most complex parts efficiently. An integral condensing system avoids the need for extraction ducting to the atmosphere, and the addition of optional ultrasonics addresses the need for enhanced cleanliness. Vacuum drying and particle filtration are additional features.
