The TwinTec Hybrid Machine combines the advantages of solvent and aqueous cleaning within a single integrated cleaning system, giving manufacturers the flexibility to use the most appropriate cleaning process for each application.

Based on Karl Roll’s proven single-chamber vacuum-cleaning technology, TwinTec delivers high-performance solvent cleaning with hydrocarbons and modified alcohols, while also enabling multi-stage aqueous cleaning in the same machine.

Operating under vacuum, the enclosed cleaning process supports exceptional cleaning performance, efficient solvent management and outstanding drying results. 

Optional ultrasonic cleaning and pressure circulation can be used during both the solvent and aqueous cleaning stages to improve cleaning performance, particularly when processing complex components or difficult-to-remove contamination.
