How does the MicoQuick work?

The MicroQuick uses a high-resolution scanner to measure the quantity, shape and size, and reflection of contaminants on your component’s surface.

The product features a 100% detection rate across 70 particles ranging from 25 to 1000 μm. Following scanning and analysis, the MicroReporter can auto-generate a detailed results document with all necessary information and full-colour imagery. This includes total particle mass and class, component cleanliness codes, and ISO-16232 conformity checks.
