Where cleanliness levels require a water-based cleaning process on small to medium components, and a single detergent wash is sufficient, the AS single-stage spray washing range is perfect for the job. Our cleaning machines are mainly used in the engineering industry, for example, in production environments, vehicle garages and maintenance workshops.

A rotating spray system with built-in nozzles carries out the cleaning process. The hot detergent is sprayed from all directions onto the components with a high mechanical effect. The liquid is filtered before entering into the tank and is then re-circulated.
