Depowdering
Solukon are the premier provider of depowdering solutions; they are true experts in the field of metal laser manufacturing. Their AT800-S can clean powder from even the most geometrically complex surfaces and voids. With targeted vibrations and two endlessly rotating axes, the AT800-S is an impressive machine to see in action – the results are even better.
General-purpose aqueous cleaning with rotation
We’ve worked with our partner MAFAC to provide a compact spray cleaning machine for even modest budgets – without sacrificing exceptional results. With a built-in basket counter, or co-rotation, this machine can deeply clean even complex parts. And, with pulsing compressed air features as standard, the PURA is both simple and powerful in equal measures.
Ultrasonic precision cleaning
The Pro-Line provides automated removal of various contaminants, including oil, wax, residue, polishes and grease. Designed by our partner Elma for intermediate and final cleaning stages, the Pro-Line can clean multiple baskets simultaneously. This machine is brilliantly versatile; it can be employed with various tank sizes and de-emulsifiers in both production and maintenance environments.
Spray wash cleaning
Typically used for MRO (maintenance, repair and overhaul) in the aerospace industry, Aqua Clean’s ACV Multi-Stage wash machine is designed to process medium to large components. The ACV utilises detergent and rinse cycles with either rotating or reciprocating spray systems to produce consistent and exceptional results.
