Elma’s range covers a massive spectrum: from automated, multi-stage ultrasonic lines where the highest cleanliness levels are required to stand-alone floor-mounted and benchtop tanks.

Modular Evo systems are the most powerful cleaning systems Elma offer.
They can be customised to the exact needs of the customer to fit the available floor space, and can be added to production lines already in place or within a clean room.

Removes contaminants such as process residues, oil, polishing compounds, particulate, wax, and grease.
Variety of sizes (60-170 litre tanks).
Switchable frequencies for intensive and precision cleaning operations.
Available as a manual, automated or automated Precision line.
Automated system is PLC-controlled and can handle several baskets simultaneously.
