Where cleanliness levels require a multi-stage cleaning process on medium to large components, the water-based ACV spray washing machines are perfect for the job. You can also use them when a multi-stage approach is needed, e.g. iron phosphating. The aerospace and maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) industries commonly use this range of machines.

A rotating spray system with nozzles carries out the cleaning process. The hot detergent is sprayed from all directions onto the components with a high mechanical effect. An additional detergent stage, a rinsing stage or both follows to achieve a high level of cleanliness. In each step, the liquid is filtered before entering into the tank and is then re-circulated.

We can also include a reciprocating spray system, where the rotating spray system is replaced by one that moves back and forth. This is useful in situations when the length of the components to be cleaned is much longer than the width.
