Turbex Tunnel Wash
machines are constructed from stainless steel and are designed for heavy
duty use. The machines have angled heaters that can be removed
without draining the tanks for ease during maintenance. Wash and
rinse stages are incorporated as required and compressed air blow off can
be provided between stages, with the blowing nozzles reciprocating from
side to side during operation. |

Turbex
Tunnel Wash machines are easy to operate and maintain. The sequence
of operation is as follows:
OPERATION
After moving through the pre-wash chamber, the parts travel through
the washing zone. The belt speed is variable, but a typical time
during this zone is two minutes.
From the washing chamber, the parts move through a drip zone and then to
an optional blow off stage with reciprocating compressed air
nozzles. If the machine is wash only with no hot air dryer, the
parts then exit from the machine.
If there are further stages, the process is repeated, and the parts will
then either exit from the machine or travel through the hot air drying
chamber.
