Spray Wash

The top loading spray washers have baskets up to 1.05m diameter suitable for loads up to 300 kg. TURBEX 800 MODEL shown below:	The TURBEX 2100 rotating barrel washer shown below is used for cleaning small machined and pressed parts, taking loads up to 25 kg. The wash cycle is followed by hot air drying.
The front loading washers have load platforms ranging from 1m square to 2m square suitable for loads from 800 kg to 2000 kg. Machines for heavier loads are also available. All machines are available with single or multi stage systems, washing and rinsing with tap water or deionised water.	The TURBEX BASKET ROTATION MACHINES (BRC) are designed for use by companies manufacturing large quantities of components. These machines provide an effective method of removing oil and swarf from parts even if they have blind holes or complicated shapes.
The TURBEX 'RT' rotating spray wash machines are designed to provide maximum capacity but with the option of smaller baskets to suit customer's needs. The standard basket can hold load weights up to 200 kg's. After loading, the basket is pushed into the fixture in the wash chamber and during operation this rotates, or oscillates, between fixed jets of hot detergent liquid.	The TURBEX TUNNEL WASH machines are star performers! Designed for continuous operation, they come with a wide range of optional accessories, which enable us to match the machine to the cleaning application.
